the frame is great and the supplier service is good. However, the artwork is poor quality: it is a print (not an oil painting as mentioned in the title of the piece) and the print quality is low and somewhat fuzzy.
As much as I like the supplier and the frame, I, unfortunately, would not recommend getting this product until the print quality can be made better.

I'm sorry to give you a bad experience and misunderstanding, we didn't remind us that there are different processes during the confirmation process, For this image, we can just printing or with some hand-painted, depending on the customer's needs, and of course the price is different.
I will be happy to retype a hand-painted sample for you and take photos to show you our quality, is that ok?
